That seemed staged, and also if the dad had done some disciplining when his son was way younger that wouldn't have been an issue to begin with, he'd have only had to say take out the trash once. But if it is real, the dad was in the right.

The dad isn't psycho and he didn't lose his cool. He seemed very calm cool and collected when he made the decision to discipline his son. I say Bravo to this father.

Yeah that’s a good father teaching moment. Though I’ve gotta say he must have failed as a dad before to let it get this bad. Boys learn when we are 5-7 how to respect our elders and if you aren’t teaching them then to respect their parents then they will do this later.
